We are looking for a commercially minded Credit Control & Business Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a varied role that combines ownership of credit control and accounts receivable with commercial analysis to support business performance and informed decision-making.
Working closely with Finance, Sales and business leaders, you will help improve working capital, manage customer credit risk and provide valuable financial insights that support profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer credit assessments, credit limits and payment terms.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable, DSO and cash collection performance.
- Partner with Sales to resolve overdue accounts and minimise credit risk.
- Analyse sales, margins and profitability to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare KPI reports, forecasts and management analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and automation.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Credit Control, Financial Analysis or Controlling.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English and Greek
- Experience with SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
