Senior Project Quality Manager

Responsibilities：

1.Leading Advanced Quality Planning activities in the BU.

2.Customer interface for all quality relevant aspects in the development projects.

3.Planning, execution and surveillance of quality related activities (quality plan) in the development projects.

4.Coordination with the customer of sampling and approval processes.

5.Development and implementation of a maturity model according to customer requirements.

6.Close coordination of project activities with PM, SQA and Test Management.

Requirements：

1.Engineering degree or comparable qualification with at least 10 years working experience in automotive industry.

2.Several years of professional experience within development and production of Software defined products.

3.Several years of professional experience in the field of advanced quality planning, preferable with Infotainment devices.

4.Strong project management skills. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (SMT, final assembly and testing).

5.In-depth knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, ...), problem solving methods (8D, FTA, Ishikawa,..) and OEM quality requirements (VW Formel Q, BMW GS,...).

6.Good written and spoken German and English skills; Good communication skills and convincing appearance.

7.Experienced user of MS Office and SAP.
