Credit Analyst

This opportunity is with a sophisticated investment firm (appx. $11bln AUM) seeking a Credit Analyst to support a diversified opportunistic credit strategy. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring a broad range of credit investments across both public and private markets, including direct lending, syndicated loans, high yield debt, co-investments, secondary transactions, and other structured credit opportunities.

Key responsibilities include conducting fundamental credit research, building and maintaining financial models, performing due diligence, evaluating external investment managers, monitoring portfolio performance, and developing investment recommendations. The analyst will work closely with senior investment professionals, participate in meetings with management teams and industry participants, track market developments, and contribute to portfolio construction and risk management efforts.

The position offers significant exposure to credit markets, investment manager selection, portfolio analytics, and investment research within a collaborative investment team environment. Candidates should have strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills, along with a keen interest in credit investing and capital markets.
