Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our overseas branch Unionpay International Co., Ltd in Almaty. This role is responsible for end-to-end local financial management, including daily accounting, financial reporting, budget control, profit allocation analysis, and transfer pricing documentation support. The incumbent will ensure full compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws and group financial policies, and provide accurate financial analysis to support regional business operation and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Financial & Accounting Management
• Conduct daily bookkeeping, expense verification, account reconciliation, and monthly closing in strict accordance with local GAAP and group unified financial standards.
• Manage subsidiary cash flow and bank settlement, ensure the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of financial data.
2. Financial Reporting & Submission
• Assist in external agencies to prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and group consolidated financial data on schedule.
• Sort out financial data discrepancies, complete data adjustment and financial closing work efficiently.
3. Budget Management & Financial Analysis
• Participate in annual budget compilation, quarterly rolling forecast and budget implementation tracking of the branch Unionpay International Co., Ltd in Al
maty.
• Analyze subsidiary operating profit, cost structure and profit allocation situation regularly, output financial analysis reports, and put forward reasonable optimization suggestions.
4. Transfer Pricing & Compliance Support
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documents, related transaction records and inter-company profit allocation re
ports.
• Keep track of local tax policies, financial regulatory updates, ensure full compliance of subsidiary financial and tax work.
5. Communication & Coordination
• Actively communicate and align work progress with headquarters finance team, audit team and local external agencies (tax bureau, audit firm, bank).
• Cooperate with internal and external audit work, sort out and provide supporting financial documents as required.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
majors.
2. 1–3 years of formal financial working experience, overseas company finance experience is preferred.
3. Fluent in Chinese, Russian and English (written & verbal).
4. Strict logical thinking, strong data sensitivity, careful and responsible working attitude, able to adapt to overseas working environment and cross-team collaboration.
5. Knowledge of international accounting standards and local overseas tax rules is a plus.
