Basic Qualifications
Experience analyzing data
- Experience reading and comprehending blueprints, engineering specifications and drawings, technical data and planning documents.
- Quality Process and Continuous Improvement knowledge
- Experience with data visualization tool(s) (i.e., Tableau, Business Objects, PowerBI, etc.)
- Data analytics experience
- Experience developing, monitoring and/or reporting metrics.
- 2+ years of aviation quality experience
- Experience in project management and use of project management tools
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root-Cause Corrective-Action (RCCA) efforts
- Experience briefing senior leaders
- Understanding of performance metric measures or Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting techniques a plus

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
