An accountant assist Plant controller to oversees a manufacturing facility's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They are responsible for developing, maintaining, and analysing the plant's financial performance, as well as providing recommendations for financial planning. They also ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Position Summary

• Review and input the invoices and its supporting document into System up to payment process.
• Assist for develop budget and forecast together with Operation team to establish and maintain the standard cost and ensure all financial report are accurate and realistic.
• Developing, maintaining, and reporting the plant's financial performance correctly and timely.
• Assist for monitor and analyse plant operations and process performance and providing recommendations, input or feedback for Operation related with effectiveness and efficiency in the Plant.
• Ensuring financial reports comply with accounting standards and are accurate with preparing the Balance sheet reconciliation
• Responsible for the bank management system and the supporting document needed.
• Responsible for the custom and tax related with plant.

What we are looking for

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• at least 2-3 years of experience in a financial position (Accounting staff)
