AIA - Homeroom Teacher (G1)

Egypt Education Platform invites applications for the position of AIA - Homeroom Teacher (Grade 1) at one of our reputable schools. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team and provide outstanding education to Grade 1 students, fostering their academic and personal growth in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Grade 1 students in accordance with the school's curriculum guidelines
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning
• Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to curriculum development
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to keep them informed of their child's progress and encourage home-school partnership
• Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification/licensure relevant to the position
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience, preferably in early primary grades or Grade 1
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogical approaches
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with parents effectively
