Senior Recruitment Manager, Executive Hiring - Client Delivery

This fully remote role enables consistent client and candidate engagement by maintaining structured processes, clear documentation, and timely stakeholder updates. Key Responsibilities - Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed - Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping - Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping - Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach - Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps Requirements - Experience delivering senior or leadership hires, including complex stakeholder management - Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes - Ability to provide credible market insights on talent availability and compensation signals - Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment - High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations - Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management Benefits - Salary range: 690,000 - 940,000 - Remote work arrangement (South Africa) - Opportunities for professional growth - Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers. - Open communication environment. - Full medical coverage.
