Responsibilities
- Accurately research and resolve contract pricing and chargeback claims in a timely manner.
- Review and reconcile customer resubmissions, assigning tasks to chargeback processors as needed.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including v-lookup functions, to validate data and ensure accuracy.
- Process and validate deductions, credits, and resolve open chargeback variances.
- Maintain internal productivity and tracking logs; generate reports as requested.
- Review credit balances for resubmission repayments and centrally track related research.
- Manage chargeback case volumes in Salesforce, adhering to corporate record retention policies.
- Participate in customer and client calls to address and resolve contract or chargeback variances.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team and other functional groups to resolve open deductions and provide necessary support.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- Certification in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting support preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger support, reconciliations, close support, or a related field required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and data validation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and writing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of contract pricing or chargeback processes is a plus.
