Member Duties: Members will be responsible for assisting network districts in bringing evidence-based practices into classrooms by working with students, supporting teachers, and administration to increase student engagement, improve student achievement, and build teacher capacity using the CEN model. Service Description: The CEN AmeriCorps program helps rural Texas school districts by providing capacity-building services in instructional support to strengthen educational outcomes at the local level. Members will be responsible for assisting network districts in bringing evidence-based practices into classrooms by working with students, supporting teachers, and administration to increase student engagement, improve student achievement, and build teacher capacity using the CEN model.
