Principal Infra Lead - SRE

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead with a strong focus on Agentic AI development and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting production-scale distributed applications and implementing infrastructure as code using AWS technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of observability tools and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Agentic AI applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Implement and maintain SRE practices to enhance system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Utilize AWS services and tools, including CloudFormation and AWS SDK, to manage infrastructure as code.
• Monitor application performance and reliability using observability tools such as Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Prometheus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in AI development, cloud computing, and SRE.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven expertise in Agentic AI development.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure management.
• Experience with SRE practices and methodologies.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or AWS SDK.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Prometheus.

Preferred Skills

• Professional level certification in Agentic AI development.
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
• Familiarity with container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead software development projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
