Acerca del puesto 

El/la Revenue Jr. Associate será responsable de gestionar el envío y seguimiento de la facturación a nivel LATAM, garantizando su entrega dentro de los plazos y procedimientos establecidos por cada cliente. Esta posición mantiene el control documental necesario para certificar la recepción de las facturas, actuando como punto de enlace entre el equipo de Revenue, los equipos de soporte local y las áreas internas involucradas en el ciclo de facturación. Reporta directamente al Líder/Gerente del equipo de Revenue. 

Responsabilidades principales 

Gestión y envío de facturación 

• Ejecutar el envío de la facturación según los procesos y particularidades de cada cliente. 
• Coordinar con los equipos de soporte local de cada país el envío y entrega física de las facturas. 
• Dar seguimiento continuo a los clientes para asegurar la recepción efectiva de las facturas. 

Control y conciliación 

• Actualizar diariamente los archivos de control de envío de facturas por país en LATAM. 
• Realizar el cruce de facturación entre SAP y los portales de facturación locales. 
• Mantener actualizados los contactos y procesos de entrega en los archivos de particularidades por país. 

Colaboración interdepartamental 

• Brindar soporte documental a los equipos de CS, Order Management, Contraloría y demás áreas internas relacionadas con la entrega de facturas. 
• Apoyar al líder de Revenue en la ejecución de sus entregables. 
• Colaborar con los mercados durante auditorías (CAS, estatutarias, IVA, etc.) y en la recopilación de la documentación requerida. 

Qualifications

• Profesional en Finanzas, Contabilidad o carreras afines (preferible). 
• Más de 1 año de experiencia en el ámbito financiero. 
• Experiencia previa en entornos multinacionales y multiculturales. 
• Experiencia trabajando con interlocutores remotos. 
• Comprensión de los procesos de ingresos y contabilidad: gestión de pedidos, facturación, cobro y aplicación de efectivo. 
• Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable). 
• Excelente capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva. 
• Alta atención al detalle y capacidad analítica.
