Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Configuration or Network Engineer with high attention to details
- CCNA certification
- Ability to design and integrate multilevel IP networks IP Subnetting without a calculator
- Configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, HSRP)
- Cisco CLI
- Layer 2 switching
- Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Automation experience
- Python scripting
- Juniper CLI
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an IP Configuration Engineers to support a large modernization project across 4,000+ sites. They will be working on a team of 9 engineers and expected to work cross functionally with other supporting teams. The Engineers will be responsible for engineering customized configurations for IP networking equipment based on the customers' requirements. The Engineers must have high attention to detail in order to ensure accurate network documentation and plans.
