Information Security Expert (f/m/d)

Your main tasks in this role are:

• In this role, you will implement information security requirements at ALDI SOUTH Holding
• You will oversee compliance with information security policies
• In addition, you will adjust international information security policies to local needs (e.g. due to legal requirements)
• You will provide guidance in navigating/clarifying security policies
• You gather and process information security relevant performance indicators
• You identify demands for improvement of information security procedures
• You oversee measures and controls to be implemented
• You implement the global security awareness program locally
• You will exchange relevant information with CISO Office
• Monitoring local and legal requirements belong to your tasks
• You provide technical assistance to local information security audits (IIA, local authorities)

The requirements of the role include:

• As Information Security Coordinator you have strong knowledge and background in Information Security, Risk Management or Compliance
• You are experienced in implementing security processes and standards
• You have the ability to coach and consult technical teams on security topics, including the development of security measures
• Your English skills are business fluent, German would be beneficial
• You possess analytical skills to identify areas for potential improvement of processes and standards, based on KPIs, internal controls and spot checks
• Facilitation and communication skills belong to your core competencies

Gross annual salary starting from € 62.500*

• willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
