Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Document processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Required Skill: Subject Matter Advisor-level proficiency in Microsoft Intune

Additional Good To Have Skills:

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in MS Intune

Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

Strong understanding of mobile device management principles

Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues

Familiarity with cloud-based applications and services

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Willing to work in Cebu office
