AVP - Projects

Role & responsibilities

• To handle End to End responsibility of project.
• To take up to preliminary design level with appointed consultants on approval of Project Concept by Management
• Conducting the design review with all consultants and ensure preliminary designs are as per Standards.
• To coordinate with all consultants to prepare the required drawings to Submit to Statutory Authorities on the approval of preliminary design
• Prepare the detailed master schedule for the Management approval to freeze the time line of the Project.
• To coordinate with all consultants to prepare the Tender documents.
• Coordinate with Contracts department to ensure all the Vendors are in board as per schedule on approval of Project by Statutory authorities.
• Coordinate with Consultants for the smoother flow of the drawings.
• Conducting weekly review meetings to ensure the Quality & Time line.
• Certification of vendor Bills & Recommendations for the payments.
• Review the project on Actual cost Vs Budget to ensure the project is completed within approved budget.
• Handle onsite issues and ensure they are sorted out.
• Handing over of the Project to the satisfaction of the Customer.
• Successful closure of the Project for Technical & Financial.
• Coordinate with Project Facilities team for the smoother transition from Execution to Maintenance.
• Other responsibilities assigned by your Reporting Manager.
