- DevOps tools:
- GitHub Actions
- Jenkins
- Tekton
- Experience using AI coding tools:
- GitHub Copilot
- Cursor
- Windsurf
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience mentoring/guiding junior developers
- 10+ years overall IT experience
- 8+ years in software development
- Practical expertise in at least 2 programming languages or advanced expertise in 1 language
- Pair Programming and Extreme Programming (XP) practices
- Experience working in Agile product teams
- UI/UX collaboration experience
- High-frequency release/deployment environments
- Self-starter mindset
- BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent experience
