Senior IAM Security Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior IAM Security Engineer, you will design, implement, and govern robust identity and access management systems to safeguard enterprise environments. You will play a critical role in establishing zero-trust architectures, securing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring compliance across all digital assets.

What You'll Do

• Design and deploy scalable identity and access management (IAM) frameworks to secure user authentication and authorization.
• Conduct comprehensive threat modeling and security engineering assessments to proactively identify and mitigate system vulnerabilities.
• Define and implement robust data protection strategies, focusing on encryption, tokenization, and platform security standards.
• Integrate automated security controls and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines to promote a secure SDLC.
• Oversee cloud and container security practices, establishing strong network controls and access policies.
• Lead incident response, security monitoring, and log analysis to rapidly detect and mitigate emerging security threats.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, IAM, or a related cyber security field.
• Proven expertise in IAM, authorization, encryption, and platform security.
• Strong hands-on experience in security engineering, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
• Solid understanding of cloud and container security, automation, monitoring, and incident response.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
