What You'll Do

As a Security Service Delivery Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring exceptional delivery of cyber security services while driving continuous improvement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term customer relationships

✅ Govern end-to-end security service delivery and operational excellence

✅ Partner with CISOs, Security Heads, and senior customer stakeholders

✅ Identify opportunities for service expansion and new business growth

✅ Lead service improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation

✅ Manage critical escalations and priority security issues to successful resolution

✅ Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Delivery Leaders, Security Practice Teams, Sales, and Security Delivery Managers

✅ Continuously assess and improve customers' security posture through strategic recommendations

Required Experience

✔️ 15+ years of overall IT experience

✔️ 5+ years of Service Management experience

✔️ Proven experience working directly with CISOs, Cyber Security Leaders, and executive stakeholders

Technical & Professional Skills

Strong understanding of:

• Data Security
• Network Security
• Cloud Security
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

✔️ Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements

✔️ Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

✔️ Strong problem-solving mindset with a "get things done" attitude

✔️ Customer-centric approach with excellent advocacy skills
