Salesforce Implementation Manager

Role Description The Salesforce Implementation Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations for clients, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices. This contract role is on-site in Elkhart, IN, and involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design system architecture, and configure Salesforce applications and integrations. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing data migration and testing, and ensuring quality and compliance throughout the implementation lifecycle. The role also includes creating documentation, training users, and providing post-implementation support and optimization recommendations. The Salesforce Implementation Manager will regularly report on project status, risks, and outcomes to client and internal leadership.
Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce platform expertise, including configuration, customization, and implementation of core clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience) and integration with third-party or internal systems.
• Experience in project and stakeholder management, including requirements gathering, scope definition, timeline and resource planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis, including data migration, data quality, reporting, dashboards, and use of Salesforce analytics tools.
• Knowledge of software development and IT practices relevant to enterprise platforms, such as system architecture, integration patterns (APIs, middleware), testing, and deployment processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for business and technical audiences.
• Prior experience implementing Salesforce solutions in consulting, financial services, SaaS, or other enterprise environments is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are strongly preferred.
