IT Operations Development Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 This position is primarily responsible for the support and management of the company's core enterprise application systems (ERP, CRM) and internal IT environment, while also managing the containerized operations of core business systems and Python automation tool development. The candidate requires the dual qualities of "Enterprise IT Service Awareness" and "DevOps Technical Ability". 【Job Responsibilities】

• Enterprise Application & IT Management (Core Responsibility)
• Core Application Support (ERP & CRM): o Responsible for user account management, permission allocation, and process configuration for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and CRM systems. o Act as the internal technical support interface, responding to operational inquiries and error reports regarding ERP/CRM from business departments (L1/L2 support).
• Office Systems & IT Infrastructure Maintenance (General IT): o Responsible for the standardized deployment and troubleshooting of operating systems (OS) and office software in the internal office environment (primarily remote or software-level solutions). o Responsible for asset management and maintenance of server room servers and office equipment; coordinate hardware failure replacements and equipment racking.
• Network & Information Security: o Plan office network security policies, manage VPN and firewall permissions, and prevent network attacks and data leakage.
• Business System Operations & High Availability Management
• Containerized Cluster Management: Responsible for the planning, deployment, version upgrades, and performance tuning of Docker and K3s (Kubernetes) lightweight clusters.
• Service Stability Assurance: Responsible for backend service deployment, configuration management, and service monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana) to ensure 7x24 stable operation of business systems.
• Data Security & Disaster Recovery: Lead the construction of the data backup system, formulate cold/hot backup schemes, and regularly execute Disaster Recovery (DR) drills to ensure zero data loss.
• Security Certification: Responsible for system security gateway configuration, managing SSL certificates, Oauth2/LDAP unified authentication, and access control policies.
• Linux System Management & Python Development
• Automated Operations: Proficient in using Python to develop operations scripts or platforms to implement automated inspections, log analysis, and scheduled task management, improving operations efficiency.
• Deep Linux Management: Responsible for operating system maintenance, kernel tuning, system security hardening, and vulnerability patching of Linux servers. 【Job Requirements】
• Business Systems & General IT Requirements (Priority)
• ERP/CRM Experience: Understand enterprise business processes (Invoicing/Inventory/Finance, etc.) and have exposure to mainstream ERP or CRM systems (experience using or maintaining Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred).
• General IT Capability: Familiar with troubleshooting Windows/Mac office environments; possess good IT service awareness.
• Network Basics: Deep understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and TCP/IP protocols; familiar with iptables/NFTables firewall principles and VPN configuration.
• Technical Hard Skills
• Linux Management: 5+ years of Linux system management experience; master Shell programming; proficient in troubleshooting system-level performance bottlenecks such as CPU, memory, disk IO, and network.
• Container Technology: Proficient in Docker; have actual production environment deployment and maintenance experience with K3s or Kubernetes (K8s).
• Development Capability: Master Python; have actual operations development project experience (e.g., writing monitoring plugins, automation scripts, or Web management consoles).
• General Operations & Security Competencies
• Familiar with common reverse proxies and Web services (Nginx, Traefik).
• Possess strong data security awareness; familiar with cluster management and backup/recovery mechanisms of mainstream databases (e.g., MySQL, Redis, PostgreSQL).
• Familiar with Git and CI/CD processes (e.g., GitLab CI); able to assist the development team in implementing automated deployment.
• Soft Skills: Possess good communication skills; able to accurately understand pain points of business departments in using ERP/CRM and drive vendors to solve problems quickly; possess good documentation habits.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in IT digital implementation, project management, or team leadership, with proven track record of successfully leading 1-2 end-to-end digital projects to completion.
