Cybersecurity Risk & Incident Management
-Investigate security incidents and coordinate containment, remediation, recovery, and follow-up actions with relevant teams.
-Manage identified vulnerabilities and security findings, coordinating remediation with infrastructure, application, cloud, and regional IT teams.
-Support security assessments and penetration tests, track remediation actions, and ensure security findings are addressed through closure.
Security Awareness & Human Risk Management
-Plan and manage regular security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations using KnowBe4 and other awareness platforms.
-Analyze campaign results, phishing trends, and employee behavior to identify risk areas and improve awareness effectiveness.
-Develop and communicate security guidance, training content, and targeted awareness activities based on emerging threats and organizational needs.
Security Capability Improvement & Projects
-Participate in cybersecurity projects and initiatives covering endpoint, identity, cloud, email, network, and other security domains.
-Work with Global and Regional IT teams, security vendors, and service providers to implement security improvements and address identified risks.
-Improve security processes, tools, documentation, reporting, and operational procedures to enhance overall security effectiveness.
Security Operations & Monitoring
-Identify suspicious activities and potential threats and coordinate appropriate investigation and response actions.
-Collaborate with Global IT teams, Security Partners, and regional stakeholders
-Review recurring alerts, security trends, and monitoring coverage to identify opportunities for operational and detection improvements.
*Requirement
-3–5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security operations.
-Practical experience in security incident response, vulnerability management, security assessment, and remediation activities.
-Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, email security, identity security, or related solutions.
-Experience with security awareness and phishing simulation platforms such as KnowBe4 is preferred.
-Good understanding of endpoint, identity, cloud, network, and Microsoft security concepts and technologies.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, documentation, and English communication skills in a global environment.
