Vulnerability Analyst

We are looking for a Vulnerability Analyst to join our Cybersecurity team and support vulnerability management across complex enterprise environments.
This role will focus on identifying, assessing, prioritizing and coordinating the remediation of security vulnerabilities, with strong emphasis on automation, cloud security and continuous vulnerability monitoring.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security scans across infrastructure, applications and systems.
- Manage and optimize Tenable.io / Tenable.sc for continuous vulnerability scanning and monitoring.
- Work with Wiz Cloud to identify, analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities and cloud security risks.
- Analyze vulnerability findings based on risk, exposure, business impact and CVE/CVSS scoring.
- Coordinate and track remediation activities with IT, DevOps, Cloud and Engineering teams.
- Manage vulnerability findings and remediation progress through JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Recommend compensating controls when immediate remediation is not possible.
- Automate vulnerability management activities using scripting and automation tools.
- Maintain vulnerability metrics, dashboards and reports for technical stakeholders.
- Perform trend analysis and provide visibility into the organization’s overall security posture.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of vulnerability management policies and procedures.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity or Security Analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tenable.io or Tenable.sc.
- Experience using Wiz Cloud for cloud security and vulnerability management.
- Proven experience coordinating and tracking vulnerability remediation.
- Solid knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CVE and CVSS.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux and/or Unix environments.
- Understanding of network and cloud security principles.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar.
- Experience working in complex, multi-platform enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and/or HIPAA.
- English proficiency B2 or higher – mandatory, with the ability to participate in technical meetings, communicate effectively with international teams and understand technical documentation.
