Group Cybersecurity Engineer - ID26011

At Acclime, technology is at the heart of how we deliver exceptional professional services across Asia Pacific. As we continue to strengthen our digital capabilities, we are looking for a passionate Cybersecurity Engineer to join our regional Technology team based in Jakarta.

In this role, you will help protect our global technology landscape by designing, implementing, and operating enterprise cybersecurity solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. Working closely with colleagues across multiple countries, you will play a key role in safeguarding our business, enabling secure digital transformation, and strengthening cyber resilience throughout the region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor daily security operations and respond to emerging cyber threats.
• Configure, manage, and optimize enterprise security technologies, including Endpoint Security, Firewalls, ZTNA/SASE, WAF, DLP, Cloud Security, and AI Security controls.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and coordinate penetration testing activities.
• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents while driving continuous improvements to detection and response capabilities.
• Support the implementation of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Promote security awareness and cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement consistent security controls and support Acclime's Cybersecurity Strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in secure software development, secure coding, and DevSecOps environments.
• Strong understanding of AI-related security risks, including data leakage, prompt injection, model poisoning, unauthorized access, and AI governance requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of international experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Security Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies, including:
• Endpoint Security
• Firewall Administration
• ZTNA / SASE
• WAF & DLP
• SIEM Platforms
• Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Good understanding of Network Security, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Risk Management, Compliance, and AI Security.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in multinational or regional organizations will be highly regarded.
