Security Delivery Lead

Govern delivery of Security Project including network, IAM and Endpoint

Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments

Act as main governance link between client leadership and delivery teams

Lead service reviews, escalations, and governance forums

Oversee risks, issues, and performance at a service level (not operations)

Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory standards

Drive service improvement and maturity initiatives

Experience in Managed Security Services governance

Strong knowledge of network, IAM and Endpoint

Ability to manage stakeholders at executive level

Strong risk, compliance, and audit awareness

Experience handling escalations and decision-making

Ability to challenge teams constructively without micromanaging
