The Role
About the role:
At Kyndryl, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager specialised in Zero Trust architectures, with a profile that combines deep technical execution and strategic vision. You will lead security transformation projects aligned with the “never trust, always verify” model, designing and implementing end-to-end Zero Trust architectures in international client environments—from maturity assessment to the deployment of identity, microsegmentation, and access control.
Responsibilities:
Zero Trust Architecture & Design
- Define and implement Zero Trust adoption strategies and roadmaps aligned with frameworks (NIST SP 800-207, CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model).
- Design reference architectures based on Zero Trust pillars: identity, devices, networks, applications/workloads, and data.
- Conduct Zero Trust maturity assessments and translate them into risk-prioritised implementation plans.
- Implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions, replacing traditional VPN access.
- Design and integrate IAM, MFA, conditional access, and least privilege models (least privilege, JIT/PAM).
- Define dynamic access policies based on context, identity, and device posture.
- Design and deploy network and workload microsegmentation (on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments).
- Integrate security controls into cloud environments and workloads (CASB, CWPP, SSE/SASE).
- Implement data control and encryption based on classification and sensitivity.
- Manage technical and functional security projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality.
- Define and implement processes associated with the Zero Trust model: identity management, change management, and hardening.
- Validate architecture through security testing (phishing, ransomware, red teaming exercises) and response simulations.
- Align Zero Trust implementations with regulatory requirements (GDPR, ENS, NIS2, DORA) and certifications (ISO 27001).
- Participate in pre-sales, technical proposal defence, and solution design for clients.
Mandatory
- Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years in cybersecurity projects, with proven experience designing or implementing Zero Trust architectures in international environments.
- Hands-on technical experience in several of the following areas: IAM/MFA, ZTNA, microsegmentation, SASE/SSE, cloud security (Azure, AWS or GCP).
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Cybersecurity certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or vendor certifications (Zscaler, Microsoft, Palo Alto, Okta, etc.).
- Experience with NIST frameworks and Zero Trust maturity models.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code.
