UX Designer (HCMC)

Menlo is looking for an energetic designer to join us during our rapid growth stages. You will have a front row seat in a fast moving AI startup, designing delightful user experiences for the Jan application suite. Responsibilities - Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas - Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for AI software applications - Collaborate with product teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products or features - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and our target audience(s) to evolve marketing strategy - Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points - Own overall company visual branding and assets Requirements - Opinionated about user experience, essentialism, and taste - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and process - Strong interest in AI and or robots - Energetic & curious, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Benefits - Remote work with an open-source culture - 14 days leave (and unlimited sick days) - Competitive bonus and ESOP awards - GPUs, AI credits, fast progression, and more - Read our handbook to learn more
