Key Responsibilities
- F5 Infrastructure Management: Configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP hardware and virtual editions, focusing on Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Global Traffic Manager (GTM/DNS), and Application Security Manager (ASM/Advanced WAF).
- Traffic & Security Optimization: Implement SSL/TLS offloading, design load balancing topologies, create custom iRules, and manage web application firewall policies.
- System Reliability: Plan code upgrades, perform migrations, troubleshoot complex network and application performance bottlenecks, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
- Automation & Integration: Automate routine operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Ansible, Python, or Bash.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with security, database, and cloud engineering teams
Any experience with F5 modules such as
LTM + GTM + ASM/WAF
