We are looking for an experienced Cyber Governance Analyst to join our Cyber GRC team. In this role, you will support hands-on analysis, documentation, and maintenance activities across cybersecurity procedures, standards, and control frameworks. You will focus on execution, supporting business-as-usual cyber governance activities. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Poland. Your tasks

  • Performing detailed analysis to support the review, update, and maintenance of cybersecurity procedures, standards, and control documentation
  • Conducting gap analysis and impact assessments arising from framework updates, audit actions, risk assessments, regulatory changes, and feedback received through established governance and operational channels
  • Supporting mapping and alignment activities across cybersecurity frameworks, control sets, and governance artefacts
  • Drafting, updating, and maintaining clear, structured documentation in line with approved document hierarchy, templates, and governance standards
  • Maintaining document trackers, action logs, control mappings, and supporting analysis artefacts
  • Supporting evidence preparation and documentation for audit, assurance, and internal review activities
  • Ensuring documentation, logs, and trackers are accurate, complete, and audit-ready

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in cyber governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), technology risk, or similar analytical roles
  • Practical technical understanding of cybersecurity controls, policies, procedures, and standards, sufficient to interpret and understand security control and requirement intent
  • Strong experience producing structured, high-quality documentation for governance and audit contexts
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a task-driven, time and materials engagement model
  • Advanced level of English

Nice to have

  • Experience in incident management
