YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Cybersecurity Manager, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Group IT Security & Compliance team, helping us protect our digital ecosystem, ensure effective threat detection and incident response, and continuously improve our cybersecurity posture.
You’ll work closely with IT, Legal, HR and external partners to drive meaningful results.
More Specifically You Will
- Manage and operate cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, EDR and vulnerability management platforms.
- Monitor, detect and respond to security incidents and emerging threats.
- Coordinate remediation actions and support infrastructure hardening.
- Lead vulnerability management activities and prioritize risk mitigation.
- Support compliance initiatives, including NIS2, ISO 27001, SOX, and audit processes.
- Contribute to security awareness and training programs.
- Coordinate external vendors, including SOC providers and cybersecurity consultants.
- You bring 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations and incident management.
- You’re skilled in security monitoring tools such as SIEM and EDR, vulnerability management, risk assessment, infrastructure and network security.
- You’re known for operating effectively in fast-paced environments, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You communicate fluently in English.
- It would be a plus if you have experience with ISO 27001, NIS2 and SOX frameworks, exposure to global or multi-brand environments, and experience working with external SOC or managed security services.
- The position provides for a base salary between: €60,000 - €70,000 Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
