How you will get the job done

• acting as a subject matter expert on Business Continuity Management (BCM) risks within the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) process, ensuring that business continuity risks related to third parties are effectively managed from a 2nd Line of Defence (LoD) perspective and serving as a trusted sparring partner to the 1st Line of Defence
• reviewing control assessment questionnaires from a Business Continuity Risk perspective, evaluating certifications provided by third parties, and assessing their coverage of required business continuity controls
• guiding, consulting, and challenging business stakeholders in conducting and documenting risk assessments for assigned third-party relationships, with a particular focus on business continuity risks and requirements
• supporting the continuous development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and business continuity standards
• organizing and conducting information sessions for stakeholders involved in Business Continuity Management, promoting awareness of TPRM lifecycle topics and supporting local Risk Management Functions across international entities

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English (C1)
• university degree in Risk Management, Information Security, Audit, Business Continuity or related field
• professional experience in Business Continuity Management or similar field
• knowledge and in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, such as DORA
• initial experience of external best practice in TPRM for continuity planning
• ability to work independently on new TPRM topics and align them with BCM framework
