About the Role

We are looking for high-autmotivated Cyber Security / IAM Expert to help organizations strengthen their security posture and manage digital identities in a secure, scalable, and compliant way.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of cyber security, governance, and identity management while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across complex enterprise environments.

You will operate at the heart of enterprise infrastructure, ensuring seamless authentication services, resolving complex cross-platform issues, and safeguarding identity services that business operations depend on every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategies and processes
• Support the governance of identities, roles, entitlements, and access controls
• Contribute to cyber security initiatives focused on identity security and risk reduction
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure secure access management practices
• Support access reviews, role management, and compliance-related activities
• Drive continuous improvements in authentication, authorization, and identity governance processes
• Provide guidance on security best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in security assessments, audits, and remediation activities

What You Need to Have to Be Considered

• Depending on security background check it is necessary to hold EU citizenship or a Dutch passport
• Strong Experience in Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, governance, access controls, and security principles
• Experience working with enterprise IAM solutions and identity governance processes
• Knowledge of authentication technologies, privileged access concepts, and access lifecycle management
• Understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in international and cross-functional environments

These Will Help You Stand Out

• Experience managing large-scale, multi-domain cyber security / IAM environments
• Exposure to hybrid identity setups or integration with cloud identity providers
• Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools
• Strong background in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and structured operational processes
• Fluent English skills
