Cyber Security Engineer

I'm currently partnering with a global investment bank that is continuing to invest heavily in its Cyber Security Engineering capabilities as part of a number of strategic technology initiatives.

We're looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join a mature and highly collaborative team responsible for implementing, supporting and enhancing enterprise security technologies across a complex global environment.

Key areas of responsibility include:

🔹 Deploying and supporting Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel and XDR technologies.

🔹 Building and enhancing security automation using Azure Logic Apps.

🔹 Supporting cyber engineering and operational security initiatives across infrastructure and applications.

🔹 Working with emerging technologies, including post-quantum cryptography and next-generation security capabilities.

🔹 Collaborating with global cyber teams on strategic security projects.

We're interested in speaking with professionals who have experience in:

✔ Microsoft Defender

✔ Microsoft Sentinel

✔ XDR technologies

✔ Azure Logic Apps / security automation

✔ Security engineering, implementation or operations

✔ SIEM, SOAR and enterprise security tooling

📍 Location: Central London (Hybrid – typically 2–3 days per week in the office)
