Technical Analyst

The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, cybersecurity, and business teams to modernize applications, automate processes, and build reliable cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions using AWS and modern cloud architecture principles.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and serverless applications to support enterprise and SaaS integrations.
• Configure and manage IAM, SSO, SCIM, and identity integrations using Microsoft Entra ID and related technologies.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to evaluate third-party applications and ensure adherence to cloud security and organizational standards.
• Develop automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual processes, and lower infrastructure and operational costs.
• Collaborate with software developers, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support cloud application deployments, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
• Evaluate existing applications and infrastructure and identify opportunities for cloud modernization and optimization.
• Ensure cloud solutions follow security, compliance, scalability, availability, and performance best practices.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and solution design sessions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, software engineering, DevOps, or solutions architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integrations, and serverless architecture.
• Experience with IAM, SSO, SCIM, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, or similar identity platforms.
• Strong programming or scripting skills, preferably Python.
• Experience with cloud security principles and enterprise cybersecurity practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating third-party SaaS applications with enterprise platforms.
• Experience with AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, API Gateway, and related services.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud governance, security controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• AWS, Terraform, security, or other relevant cloud certifications are a plus.
