CI/CD Automation Engineer

We are looking for CI/CD Automation Engineer.

Role Purpose

Owns and operates the 24x7 self-service developer platform, providing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) / Integration-and-Delivery Platform (IDP) tooling that streamline and automate development workflows across technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support automated build, test, and release processes.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates and modules to standardize environment provisioning.
• Operate and continuously improve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), enabling self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
• Monitor and support the availability of automation and development tooling on a 24x7 basis.
• Automate and streamline developer workflows to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed.
• Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements and continuously enhance the platform's usability.
• Ensure security, compliance, and quality gates are embedded within CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents impacting the developer platform, escalating as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
• Understanding of container and cloud technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within a 24x7 operational environment.
