■Responsibilities

Upon joining, you will start with one of the following tasks based on your current skill level, gradually stepping up to higher-level upstream processes.

【Step 1: Foundational Operations & Catch-up】

Focus: Monitoring and initial response to ensure environment stability.

・Log Monitoring & Analysis: Utilizing SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) products within the Security Operations Center (SOC).

・Security Product Management: Handling day-to-day operations and pattern file updates for antivirus software, EDR, and UTM.

・Initial Investigation: Conducting primary analysis when alerts are triggered, creating tickets, and reporting findings.

【Step 2: Construction & Implementation】

Focus: Practical application and proactive defense measures after gaining initial experience.

・Product Deployment & Tuning: Implementing and optimizing policies for EDR, WAF, and IPS/IDS.

・Vulnerability Assessments: Performing regular scans using tools like Nessus and generating technical reports.

・Incident Response (CSIRT): Conducting detailed investigations during security incidents, identifying the scope of impact, and supporting recovery efforts.

・Training Support: Assisting in the execution of simulated targeted email attack drills.

【Step 3: Design & Requirement Definition】

Focus: Long-term career goals involving high-level strategy and architecture.

・Zero Trust Architecture: Formulating design and deployment plans for Zero Trust network environments.

・Policy Formulation: Supporting the creation of company-wide security policies and guidelines.

・Cloud Security: Designing and implementing CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management) and CWPP (Cloud Workload Protection Platform).

・Compliance & Auditing: Supporting security audits and the acquisition of certifications like ISMS.

【MUST】

Experience in the operation and maintenance of infrastructure (networks and servers)

or practical experience in security monitoring or operations

*Years of Experience: No specific number of years is required regarding the "implementation or construction of security products."

*Key Priority: The primary focus is on a strong ambition to become a Security Engineer.

【WANT】

Security-related certifications such as Information Security Specialist, CISSP, and CompTIA Security+

Experience using SIEM and log analysis tools such as Splunk and Datadog

Deep knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.)

Interest in security design for cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
