Technical Consultant

Type of employment: Full time

Location: At customer`s office in Kyiv

Languages: English or French at a professional working level

The Technical Consultant will support the implementation of a Security Operations Center (SOC) for an end customer in Ukraine. Working closely with delivery teams, the consultant will facilitate communication between the project team and the customer by preparing technical documentation, supporting knowledge transfer activities, and delivering training sessions in Ukrainian.

Responsibilities:

• Support communication between production team in Europe and customer teams
• Translate technical documentation from English into Ukrainian
• Review translated documentation to ensure technical accuracy and consistency
• Adapt technical content to suit the customer's operational environment
• Prepare user guides, operating procedures and training materials
• Deliver technical workshops and end-user training sessions
• Support knowledge transfer activities throughout the project
• Collect customer feedback and identify documentation improvements
• Participate in project meetings and workshops
• Coordinate training logistics with customer representatives
• Maintain documentation throughout the implementation phase
• Assist in preparing operational handover documentation

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience in technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and delivering user training, including workshops and user guides
• General understanding of enterprise IT environments, including Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and enterprise infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and cybersecurity fundamentals
• Ability to understand and clearly explain technical concepts
