Role Description The Pre Sales Cyber Security role at OyaCyber is a full-time, on-site position based in Orlando, FL. This role involves working closely with prospective customers to understand their cybersecurity needs, gathering technical and business requirements, and preparing solution proposals and presentations. The Pre Sales professional will participate in meetings and product demonstrations, respond to customer inquiries, and support the sales team with technical validation and documentation. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams, explaining complex security concepts in accessible terms, assisting in creating training materials for clients, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with industry best practices and customer expectations.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, clarify requirements, and provide clear, professional responses.

Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to support the sales cycle, qualify opportunities, and contribute to closing deals.

Experience in Training customers or internal teams on cybersecurity concepts, product features, and solution benefits.

Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, solutions, and common enterprise security challenges.

Ability to translate technical information into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Comfort working in an on-site environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Orlando, FL.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Relevant industry certifications (such as Security+, CISSP, or similar) are a plus.
