System Engineer

Full time role available in Boca Raton, FL!

Onsite 5 days a week

• Experience: 7+ years in systems or network engineering, with at least 4–5 hands-on years dedicated to enterprise-level F5 BIG-IP deployments.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), and Linux administration.
• F5 experience and experience with redirect, load balancer, assist with sys admin microsoft server
• Experience with Big IP F5 modules

Key Responsibilities

• F5 Infrastructure Management: Configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP hardware and virtual editions, focusing on Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Global Traffic Manager (GTM/DNS), and Application Security Manager (ASM/Advanced WAF).
• Traffic & Security Optimization: Implement SSL/TLS offloading, design load balancing topologies, create custom iRules, and manage web application firewall policies.
• System Reliability: Plan code upgrades, perform migrations, troubleshoot complex network and application performance bottlenecks, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
• Automation & Integration: Automate routine operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Ansible, Python, or Bash.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with security, database, and cloud engineering teams
