System Administration and Security Specialist

General Qualifications

• Graduate of related departments from universities (Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience in cloud and system infrastructure fields
• Strong operational and management experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Experienced in Hybrid (on-prem + cloud) architectures
• Proficient in Linux (preferably Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server systems
• Good level of technical English
• Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving, and crisis management skills
• Disciplined in documentation and process management with a proactive work approach

Technical Responsibilities

• Design, installation, and continuous improvement of Azure infrastructure
• Management of Azure cost optimization and resource utilization
• Management of Azure network components (VNet, subnet, NSG, route table, VPN, peering)
• Administration of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Management of the Microsoft Defender product family (Cloud, Office 365, Endpoint)
• Management of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and identity management processes
• Monitoring Azure Security Center recommendations and increasing the security level (Secure Score) of systems
• Tracking Microsoft Purview (Compliance) processes, managing identity based on the "Zero Trust" model (Conditional Access, MFA/PIM), and automating security standards with Azure Policy
• Management of Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructure
• Knowledgeable in VMware virtualization environments
• Execution of Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity processes
• Taking an active role in infrastructure projects and improving operational processes

Technical Competencies Required

• Experience in automation development using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar tools
• Command of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, and basic networking concepts
• Experience in performance monitoring, capacity planning, and system optimization
• Knowledge of security best practices and the Zero Trust approach
• Proficiency in regulatory processes such as ISO 27001 and KVKK / GDPR
