Job Description
- Support the creation of IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
- Design and implement IAM structures aligned with the organization’s security strategy.
- Securely manage the user identity lifecycle (creation, modification, deactivation, deletion).
- Develop and operate automated IAM processes for onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
- Establish and regularly review Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) structures.
- Implement AI-powered identity authentication solutions.
- Manage access requests through a centralized access request platform with proper approval workflows.
- Integrate IAM solutions with AD, LDAP, ERP, email, cloud, and production systems.
- Deploy and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM), monitor sessions, and restrict access to critical systems when necessary.
- Conduct regular access reviews; analyze excess privileges, conflicts of interest, and inactive accounts.
- Prepare IAM audit reports for compliance purposes.
- Adapt identity management processes to OT systems, mitigating risks like local/shared users and third-party access.
- Collaborate with OT security teams to align IAM controls across IT and OT environments.
- Develop training programs on identity protection, password management, MFA usage, and access awareness.
- Run awareness campaigns with business units to promote task-based access practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity roles.
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, RBAC, PAM, and MFA solutions.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.).
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, email, cloud platforms).
- Familiarity with AI-powered authentication and automation tools is a plus.
- Understanding of OT (Operational Technology) environments and IT/OT convergence.
- Ability to analyze access control risks (privilege creep, orphaned accounts, segregation of duties).
- Experience in preparing reports for internal/external audits and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a security-first mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Ability to develop and deliver user training and awareness programs.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar) are preferred.
