Operation Manager

The Operations Manager leads the day-to-day operations of Green Ocean Property
Management, ensuring teams, systems, and processes are aligned with company goals.
This role manages leaders, drives accountability, improves performance, and turns strategy

into execution.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can help run the business—not simply
manage a task list.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
● Oversee day-to-day operations across departments.
● Translate company goals into clear priorities, plans, and accountability.
● Lead, coach, and develop managers and team leaders.
● Work directly with company leadership on strategic initiatives and organizational
improvements.
Operations & Performance
● Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance standards.
● Identify operational problems, determine root causes, and implement lasting
solutions.
● Build and improve SOPs, workflows, systems, and reporting.
● Improve efficiency, service quality, employee productivity, and client experience.
Team & Accountability
● Hold managers and teams accountable for performance and results.
● Coordinate across property management, field operations, finance, maintenance,
and other teams.
● Resolve operational issues with minimal supervision.
● Make sound decisions that support company growth and profitability.
Requirements
● 5+ years of progressive operations, business management, property management,
real estate, or related leadership experience.
● Proven experience managing teams and preferably managers or team leaders.
● Demonstrated success improving business operations and processes.
● Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and operational reporting.
● Strong leadership, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to hold people accountable and manage difficult situations.
● AI-driven mindset is required, with a willingness to use AI to improve workflows,
decision-making, and productivity.
Preferred
● Experience in property management, real estate, construction, facilities, or
HOA/condominium management.
● Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
● Experience building SOPs, KPI dashboards, organizational structures, or
management systems.
● Experience with automation, workflow optimization, or AI-assisted processes
● Experience with Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, Asana, or similar platforms.
● Experience working directly with executives, owners, or a CEO.
