Solutions Architect at BairesDev

As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable SaaS product architectures and multi-tenant systems. You will serve as a strategic technical leader, guiding organizations through complex digital transformations and legacy system migrations to align their technology stack with long-term business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Architect and oversee the development of high-performance, multi-tenant SaaS products.
• Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy systems for cloud-native readiness.
• Evaluate and select strategic technology stacks that support long-term growth and business scalability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring engineering teams and establishing architecture best practices.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic organizational goals.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Cloud Security, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Kubernetes security and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Helm.
• Solid experience with AWS, EKS, and CI/CD automation tools like GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience leading security accreditation architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
