Senior GRC Analyst at BairesDev

As a Senior GRC Analyst, you will lead the governance, risk, and compliance efforts to protect the organization’s assets and data. You will serve as a key link between technical security implementations and regulatory requirements, ensuring that our infrastructure and processes remain resilient and fully compliant with global standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize the internal compliance platform to ensure continuous alignment with frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
• Design and execute comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize mitigation strategies across the enterprise.
• Architect and update security policies and procedures to reflect the evolving threat landscape and business objectives.
• Coordinate internal and external audit cycles, acting as the primary point of contact for evidence collection and control verification.
• Provide expert remediation guidance to technical teams to bridge the distance between compliance gaps and secure operational states.
• Oversee the intake and response process for customer security questionnaires, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Information Security.
• Proven expertise in managing compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI.
• Hands-on experience conducting risk assessments, control mapping, and internal audits.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Strong background in providing remediation guidance and managing the incident lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
