What you'll do

  • Conduct offensive security assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability research, or red-team support activities
  • Analyze software, networks, embedded devices, OT/ICS components, or cyber-physical systems for security weaknesses
  • Develop scripts, tools, exploits, test harnesses, or proof-of-concept demonstrations to support assessments
  • Document findings, risk, technical evidence, and recommended mitigations for engineering and customer audiences
  • Collaborate with engineers and system stakeholders to understand operational context and realistic threat paths
  • Support test planning, lab setup, reporting, and customer briefings

What we're looking for

  • Experience with penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability research, reverse engineering, or offensive security engineering
  • Strong technical foundation in networking, operating systems, scripting, and security fundamentals
  • Ability to document technical findings clearly and responsibly
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous systems and developing practical test approaches
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Nice to have

  • Experience with embedded systems, weapon systems, OT, ICS, SCADA, RF, vehicles, or cyber-physical systems
  • Familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Kali Linux, Ghidra, IDA, or similar
  • Experience with Python, C, C++, PowerShell, Bash, or exploit development workflows
  • Relevant certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, GXPN, GREM, GICSP, Security+, or similar
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
