Experience and Skills
• Senior-level experience (5+ years) in Jira and Atlassian administration and environment architecture.• C1 English level or higher.

Niuro is hiring a Senior Jira/Atlassian Engineer for a US company that provides software, data, and consulting solutions for Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and regulatory compliance. The organization has approximately 51–200 employees and supports customers with product safety, chemical compliance, workplace safety, and sustainability initiatives.The project is to design and launch a Jira environment from scratch as the central operating system for GTM initiatives and software product launches. You will work across product, engineering, GTM, operations, and executive stakeholders, creating scalable workflows, automation, JQL, and dashboards that provide a reliable view of milestones, risks, ownership, launch readiness, and portfolio health.Key Responsibilities
• Architect and build the Jira project environment for GTM and product launch workflows, establishing standard naming conventions, custom fields, and automation rules.• Develop advanced Atlassian reporting dashboards, gadgets, and JQL filters to provide real-time visibility into launch readiness and portfolio status.
• Author comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project management guides to ensure long-term system sustainability.
• Train and enable cross-functional teams to drive system adoption and support the migration of active projects into the new environment.
• Provide day-to-day program management support, tracking milestones, managing risks, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
