COMBLACK is hiring a Cyber Security Researcher !

Join a professional research and threat hunting team focused on identifying sophisticated attacks targeting critical national infrastructure. The role combines Threat Hunting, forensic and network research, Incident Response (IR), honeypots and deception environments, and the development of investigation and detection tools.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in Cyber Security Research, Threat Hunting, and investigation of complex security incidents (DFIR)

• Practical research experience in at least two of the following areas: Forensics, Network Research, Threat Research, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, or Cyber Security tool development

• Experience extracting insights from technical intelligence, network monitoring, penetration testing, and developing investigation and research-support tools

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, information security, communication protocols, and Big Data environments

• Strong technical mindset, systemic thinking, and ability to work as part of research and threat hunting teams

• Computer Science background – an advantage
