We are seeking experienced professionals for our identity and access management initiatives and drive digital security transformation for our clients. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on technical expertise, requiring a professional who can design, implement, and optimize IAM solutions while managing client relationships
How You Can Make An Impact
Strategic & Advisory
- Design and architect enterprise IAM solutions aligned with business objectives and security frameworks
- Advise senior leadership and clients on IAM strategy, governance, and risk mitigation
- Develop IAM roadmaps and transformation programs
- Identify and evaluate emerging IAM technologies and industry practices
- Lead end-to-end IAM projects from discovery through deployment and optimization
- Oversee technical implementation of identity platforms (SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA.)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Manage integration with existing enterprise systems and cloud environments
- Manage client relationships, expectations, and stakeholder engagement
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients
- Contribute to business development and proposal development
- Quality
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of IAM operations
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project methodologies
- Document solutions and create reusable frameworks and templates
- Identity governance and administration (IGA)
- Privileged access management (PAM)
- Single sign-on (SSO) and federation
- Product hands on knowledge on one or more IAM technologies.
- Strong understanding of IAM frameworks
- Proven track record delivering complex IAM projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
