Job Title: IT/OT Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain reliable, secure and compliant IT/OT systems supporting production, laboratory and business operations.
Drive operational excellence through effective system ownership, monitoring, access management, controlled changes, documentation and business continuity practices.
Support qualification, validation, audits, CAPA, deviations and change controls for regulated computerized systems.
Lead or coordinate system implementations, upgrades and operational handovers across local, Corporate and Global stakeholders.
Support manufacturing systems, MES and production-related applications throughout their lifecycle.
Coordinate suppliers and critical maintenance activities while strengthening operational security, governance and continuous improvement across the IT/OT environment.
What Will Make You Successful
Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of IT/OT systems, industrial environments, production systems and GxP-regulated computerized systems, including system configuration, user access, technical accounts, backup follow-up, monitoring and lifecycle support.
- Strong ability to document, standardize and improve operational processes, procedures, work instructions, technical documentation, inventories, system records and operational routines.
- Understanding of operational governance, access and periodic reviews, configuration control, audit readiness, account management, hardening, vulnerability follow-up and risk reduction.
- Understanding of computerized system validation principles and GxP expectations, with the ability to support assessments, protocols, testing, traceability, deviations, CAPA and change controls.
- Ability to coordinate implementation projects, technical activities, risks, dependencies, deliverables and operational handovers across Global teams, Corporate IT, local functions, suppliers and integrators.
- Ability to act as system owner, provide backup coverage for critical systems, and ensure effective handover, knowledge transfer and business continuity.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to travel occasionally, approximately 1 to 3 times per year, depending on project, supplier, training or collaboration needs.
- Relevant certifications or training in IT service management, networking, Microsoft technologies, industrial cybersecurity, GxP/CSV, project management, MES or industrial systems are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong ownership, accountability and reliability, with a structured, rigorous and documentation-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, challenge constructively, propose improvements, manage priorities and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Service-oriented and continuous improvement mindset, with strong awareness of production continuity, compliance and business impact.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in IT or OT systems administration, industrial or manufacturing environments, infrastructure operations, GxP-regulated computerized systems, production or laboratory systems, MES, system implementation, lifecycle management or validation support.
- Experience in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, medtech, life sciences, manufacturing or laboratory operations is strongly appreciated.
- Experience coordinating technical initiatives with Corporate IT, Global teams, business stakeholders, Quality, Engineering, Production and external service providers, and contributing to implementation, validation, testing, documentation, operational handover and continuous improvement activities, is expected.
