SAP S/4 Authorization Specialist

We are seeking an SAP S/4 Authorization Manager to design, implement, and manage secure, audit-compliant authorization concepts across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain SAP authorization roles and governance concepts.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and resolve authorization-related issues and access risks.
• Support SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP Build Work Zone, and IAM-related projects.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure access solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA authorizations and SAP Fiori security.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Build Work Zone, Xiting XAMS, and IAM solutions.
• Experience with authorization design, role management, and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High awareness of security, compliance, and quality standards.

Languages:

• English (required)
• German (nice to have)

Experience:

• Ideally 2-5 years of experience in SAP Security, Authorization Management, or related SAP environments.
